Planamelt & EVA Glue

Acheebomelt BG328 is a traditional EVA Binding Glue designed for use with Hot Melt perfect binding machinery. This type of binding glue is ideal for uncoated and thinner media and is especially useful for padding applications. Acheebomelt has a fast drying time, around 10-15 seconds before it can be handled. This makes it ideal for applications that need to be handled immediately or passed onto another process.

This type of Binding Glue is often used in partnership with traditional Sewn Book Blocks. It works well with Lithographically printed media. However, It does not react well with oil making it unsuitable for heavy coverage digital print.

This traditional EVA glue can be used in any open tank hot melt binder and is available in a 2.5kg and 20kg Tubs.
