The Ideal 4108 is a high-capacity shredder with electronic oil injection and a sophisticated feeding conveyor. The conveyor belt system guarantees a high work speed without creating paper jams. Flat and crumpled paper can be handled with ease. Designed to provide data security for an entire office or building. Incorporating a large 300-litre waste bin capacity and a superb shredding capability of up to 120 x 70gsm sheets per pass***.
The 4108 has a large working area with side tables to hold your material ready for shredding. The integrated conveyor belt delivers your materials into the cutting head, speeding up productivity. LED’s illuminate the working area, allowing the operator to check for jams or issues. Easy-switch, an intelligent multi-function switch element with integrated optical signals indicating the operational status comes as standard.
The ECC (Electronic Capacity Control) prevents over-feeding by auto-reversing the shredding heads and auto re-feeding the media in the event of an overload. Robust hardened steel shredding heads with Ideal’s electronic oil injection keeps the machine running in peak condition for constantly high performance. The SPS (Safety Protection System) incorporates plenty of safety functions. The shredding head cannot be reached from the front of the machine to prevent accidents. Optical waste full sensors and electronic door protection ensure safe operation. A pull-out mechanism on wheels makes for easy removal of the shred waste bag at the rear of the machine.
