The complete system is in immaculate condition throughout having only been lightly used by a local council since installation in 2019. The total count on the machine is just 490,000 which equates to just 77 Hours of running time. The machine has been serviced and maintained since new by Duplo UK with the last service completed just before the machine was removed. It is also in the wide range of booklets that can be produced where it can make a real difference, removing the need to sub-contract complex finishing and therefore bringing in more revenue. In addition to simple booklets, the iSaddle can handle covers with pockets and flaps, as well as produce stepped format pages made from up to six different sized sheets within the booklet.
Despite being designed to support the varied needs brought by shorter runs, the iSaddle has also been engineered to suit longer runs. This is most apparent at the end of the system in the DKT-200 Trimmer which will finish a book with a three or five knife trim, allowing 2-up layouts of small format books and so doubling speed!
