This machine has been stripped down and fully refurbished to a very high standard, the full refurbishment program has been listed below. The System 4000 is an excellent commercial level booklet maker capable of producing up to 4,000 booklets per hour. An absolute bargain for its next owner with all wearing parts already changed.
Refurbishment Program:
- Both Collator Towers being stripped down to the chassis
- All infeed belts on both collator towers changed (80 Belts)
- All paper separators on each bin (20 top hat & 20 standard)
- Several new Clutches with all clutches checked for perfect operation
- Several new double detect sensors with re-calibration of every sensor
- New transport belts on Lift Up Hand Marry Tray
- Both the Duplo DBM400 and 400T have been stripped down to the chassis and re-built

The Duplo System 4000 Booklet System delivers a great package for both offset and digital printers: high-quality booklets, simple and intelligent operation, high productivity, and the ability to produce high volumes of booklets quickly and efficiently. The System 4000 combines high-speed DC-10/60 Collator Towers with the easy-to-use DBM-400 Booklet-maker and Trimmer, running at up to 4,000 booklets per hour.
Fully automatic and designed to cater for the needs of mid-high volume commercial printers and in-plants, the 4000 Booklet System is a productive and flexible booklet maker, capable of handling a wide range of paper types that can be variable within a single job. An impressive collate only speed of up to 20,000 A4 sets per hour completes the package.
