We have available this used/pre-owned Duplo System 5000 Booklet Maker System. The machine has been fully refurbished including a complete full strip-down and rebuild with all worn or tired components replaced.
The Duplo System 5000 Booklet System delivers a great package for both offset and digital printers: high-quality booklets, simple and intelligent operation, high productivity, and the ability to produce high volumes of booklets quickly and efficiently. The System 5000 combines high-speed DC-10/60 Pro Collator Towers with the easy-to-use DBM-500 Booklet-maker and Trimmer, running at up to 5,200 booklets per hour.
Fully automatic and designed to cater for the needs of mid-high volume commercial printers and in-plants, the 5000 Booklet System is a productive and flexible booklet maker, capable of handling a wide range of paper types that can be variable within a single job. An impressive collate only speed of up to 20,000 A4 sets per hour completes the package.
Our 2nd user system also has the added benefit of the optional ASM350 Square back unit for the most professional looking finish.
