We have available this 2nd User Duplo DBM120T Booklet Maker with Trimmer. This machine has a low total count of 444,468 books since new in 2010, this equates to just 31,747 books per year.  As a result, the overall condition is very good throughout the machine. To ensure many more years of trouble free operation we have changed all the belts on the machine and completed a detailed service. This is the final generation machine before Duplo replaced the DBM120T with the 150T.

The DBM120 booklet maker features an intuitive control panel which is very simple to use. An operator can set up a job in just four steps with very little training. A memory function, which stores up to 3 jobs unique jobs, allows repeat jobs to be stored for instant recall, further reducing any make ready times. The simplicity of the controls makes the DBM120 the most user friendly booklet maker in its class.

The hand fed design of this configuration is popular with digital printers. Allowing them to quickly produce small to medium volumes of perfectly stitched, folded and trimmed booklets in house. Simply drop the pre-collated sets in to the DBM120 and create up to 1,000 booklets per hour in this hand fed format. Adding a vacuum collator option speeds the production up to over 2,400 booklets per hour.
