Binding Covers

AfterPrint supply a wide range of Binding Covers including Clear PVC, Frosted Polypropylene & Smooth Gloss. We stock Frosted Polypropylene Covers in A3, A4 & A5 Sizes and in thickness 350, 500 & 800 Micron. We can also offer a cutting service to produce Frosted Polypropylene Covers in alternative sizes, extra charges will apply. 350 & 500 Micron Polypropylene Covers are shrink wrapped in packs of 100 & boxed in outer cases of 1,000 covers. 800 Micron Covers are shrink wrapped in packs of 50 & boxed in outer cases of 500 covers.

Frosted Polypropylene Covers are used in the production of wire, comb and coil bound documents to create a professional quality finished product. Our Polypropylene covers are specially designed for document binding allowing are easy punching using a manual, electric or automated punching machine. Offering a high quality frosted binding cover with an opaque appearance, they add value and protection to any document.

For best results these should be punched with your document. Placing the Frosted Cover at the top of your document stack as you punch through will guarantee a clean punched hole in both your document and Frosted cover. This practice also reduces stress on the punch pins and prevents unwanted jams.
