With an impressive pile height of up to 200mm, around 1,500 sheets, easy setup and impressive production speeds, the Omni-Flow is the perfect partner for any higher volume requirement. Super reliable vacuum feeding technology for all types of media, including pre-laminated.

Unique Benefits of the Matrix MX Series & Omni-Flow Feeder

Single & double side digital laminating is a popular requirement for printers and copy shops. Ideal for the production of a wide range of items from business cards to menus. Small Businesses outsourcing work can add huge costs. The Matrix Systems with the Omni-Flow Feeder brings this work back under your control and at an affordable cost.

Operate with ease using the intuitive, swing-out control panel with clear, functional LCD Display. With very little training or expertise. Control temperature, speed, start/stop and a reverse function in case of a loading error or jam from one control panel. Sheets are automatically overlapped, perforated and then separated to deliver guillotine ready sheets onto the output tray. Whilst the integrated adjustable anti-curl bar ensures flat sheets are produced. Add the Omni-Flow Deep Pile Feeder and you can automate the complete process, remove the need for a dedicated operator and increase productivity even further.

The increased pressure applied using pneumatics allows more difficult substrates to ran with confidence. In addition, to increased productivity with up to 50% quicker operation, saving both time and cost. The pneumatic components are all produced in Britain, this shortens the supply chain and lead times.

These models can also create beautifully finished work using foils and special effect films. Special custom blocks or dies are normally required to create foiling effects. But, with the Matrix, this is achievable due to the adjustable pressure from the pneumatic rollers.

Matrix MX models are available in 370 and 530 mm widths covering single side OPP laminating from SRA3 to B2. The operating speed is adjustable from 0.5 to 10 Metres Per Minute and all come complete with a sturdy chrome mandrill and 3″ Core Adaptors.

Why Matrix Omni-Flow?
