Probably our best selling Binding Glue, designed for use in Hot Melt Perfect binding machinery. Planamelt R is specially a formulated EVA Glue. It has been designed to replicate the bond strength of more powerful PUR Glue. As an EVA it has none of the downsides associated with PUR and requires zero make ready or clean down procedures.

This latest innovation from Planatol offers 90-95% of the adhesive strength associated with PUR but in a hot melt format. It is specially designed to provide perfect bonding to coated & thicker materials. It also has a very high resistance to Oil to ensure Planamelt R is compatible with digitally printed media. Even full coverage prints can be handled with confidence. This R Glue, once set, has excellent layflat characteristics meaning a much stronger bond designed for active handling.
