About the Duplo DC445 Creasing Machine

We have a used/pre-owned Duplo 445 Creasing Machine available. Fully refurbished, including a complete strip-down and rebuild. New feed belts and transport rollers have been fitted, with all worn components replaced to ensure reliable operation. Supplied with a 3-month mechanical parts warranty, the machine is available for demonstration.

The Duplo DC445 is a fully automated, highly productive, programmable creasing machine designed for the short-run digital colour print market. Built with Duplo’s superior engineering, it delivers accurate, high-speed creasing across a wide range of applications. Optional perforating modules extend its capabilities for coupon and voucher work, while optional slitting blades provide a simple solution for trimming oversized sheets before finishing.

An automatic suction feeder ensures consistent sheet feeding without marking the media. For digitally printed stocks with high static levels, the optional Air Knife improves sheet separation and feeding performance. An optional ultrasonic double-sheet detector measures the air gap between sheets to further improve production reliability, while forward and reverse jog functions make clearing misfeeds quick and straightforward.

The DC445 can apply up to 15 creases in a single pass with outstanding accuracy. Individual crease positions can be adjusted in 0.1mm increments, with an overall positioning tolerance of ±0.3mm. The electronically adjustable crease depth allows different stock thicknesses to be accommodated quickly, while the 100mm feed capacity minimises reloads and maximises productivity. Combined with the top-feed vacuum system, the DC445 is designed for efficient, uninterrupted production.
