We have available this used/pre-owned Veloblade VB64/Duplo PFI Blade B3+ which we are selling on behalf of its owner who has recently upgraded to a larger machine. The model we have has been upgraded to work with the Optiscout/Duplo PFI Connect software making it simple to run. We have upgraded both the PC and the relevant firmware in the machine and touch screen to reflect the newer Connect Software making it ready to go for its new owner.
The machine is just over 2.5 years old but has been a backup to the larger machine for the past 12-months so basically been in storage for just over 12 Months. We have stripped and cleaned the machine inside and out to ensure it is in perfect working order ready for the new owner.

The Duplo PFI Blade B3+ is the perfect cost-effective solution for a variety of finishing requirements. Such as adhesive sheets, specially shaped greeting cards, invitations, wedding stationery, bespoke packaging, tags and more. Specially designed for the short-run on-demand production printer, the PFI Blade will increase productivity and profitability.
The PFI Blade enables you to Cut, Kiss Cut, Die Cut and Crease in a variety of paper and card stocks up to 1.3mm thick and sheet sizes up to 600 x 400mm.
During operation, the CCD registration system will read the QR code and automatically pull up he matching cutting file on the PFi Connect Software. The CCD also reads the registration marks to correct any image shift and ensures accurate finishing. The PFI Blade can cut and crease a folding carton on stock up to 400 gsm in between 15-45 Seconds, depending on the complexity of the carton design.
The PFI Blade Connect software which is exclusive to the Duplo PFi Blade will Automate your Cut and Crease workflows. Allowing quick changes of order for your cutting and creasing which ensures optimum performance. Furthermore, the PFi Blade Connect software has been specifically designed to enable the automation of individual processes in the workflow. Assisting with simple tool configuration and enables a rapid build up of your tool configuration library for enhanced automation.
The PFi Blade comes with four cutting tools and a scoring wheel as standard. Up to 3 tools can be added into the cutting head at any one time. Set them to cut intricate shapes, kiss cut labels, stickers and score fold lines to avoid toner cracking on packaging and folded pieces.
The flexibility and wide array of functionality on the Universal Cutting Head means that there is no need for costly manufacture of traditional cutting dies which not only saves time but also makes short run On-demand die cutting applications viable for all businesses.
