We have available this used Fastbind PUREVA XT Perfect Binding Machine. This machine is in perfect condition and comes complete with both the EVA and PUR tanks. Removed from a corporate account with very little use, set up for Softback binding but the optional Hardback cover tool kit is available to buy.

The Fastbind PUREVA XT offers an all in one solution for high quality PUR and EVA book production. Anyone can take advantage of PUR Technology with a budget-friendly investment. PUREVA XT is one manual binder for all binding needs. Soft and hardcover books for higher margins and a versatile product range. Also creates tear-off pads with no adjustments for format, size or paper type.

With traditional PUR machines, maintenance can be be expensive and time consuming, making it hard to ensure a reliable finishing process in order to meet deadlines. PUREVA XT’s innovative glue mechanism is easily cleaned or even changed. Economical glue cartridges make it possible to change from PUR to EVA in seconds. Electronically adjustable temperature control with single button operation when switching between glue types.

The PUREVA also features the PGO (paper grain opening) microcut roughener. Providing an optimised cutting pattern that increases glue penetration for better binding strength. Unlike other spine rougheners that grind the spine creating lots of noise and dust, the PGO opens the paper grain with very little noise and almost no paper dust!
