The IDEAL 4815 is a power guillotine which retains the manual clamp positioning of simpler machines to avoid unnecessary complexity. Designed to offer accurate and reliable cutting of a full range of materials in sizes up to B3. This simple yet powerful guillotine ensures effortless performance with a manual clamping function. Therefore, this allows operators to infinitely adjust the clamping pressure, making it ideal for cutting delicate materials such as Braille, for instance. Additional optional side tables can expand the work area, providing useful extra space around the operator; further enhancing productivity.

Ergonomically designed, the easy cut system with twin hand activation ensures the operator remains comfortable, even over sustained periods of use. The manually driven clamp provides perfect clamping pressure across the full width of the materials and enables smooth, effortless movement. A clear RED LED projects a visible cutting line and a precision digital scale and spindle drive controls the hand positioning of the back gauge.

Similarly, the Ideal Safety Cutting System (SCS) is employed to ensure absolute reliability in cutting and includes an interlocking transparent safety guard at the front while a fixed steel cover protects the rear of the guillotine.
