Used/Pre-Owned Laminating Machines

We have available this used/pre-owned Kala Atlantic 1080 Wide Format Roll Laminator. We have inspected the machine and ensured the rollers are in a perfect condition with zero damage. Our engineers have cleaned and tested the machine to ensure it is ready to go for its new owner. The overall condition of the machine is excellent.

The Kala Atlantic 1080 is a multi-functional 1,080mm wide roll laminating system offering multiple applications on one compact platform. The Atlantic can handle both thermal and pressure sensitive films making it ideal for both wide format encapsulation/lamination and Graphic Applications such as pop-ups, signage, exhibition graphics and POS solutions.

Independently heated top & bottom applications rollers allow complete control of the application. Both rollers heat to a maximum temperature of 140 Degrees Celsius but with independent controls to allow for the widest range of applications, including:

• Single Side Lamination (BOPP films for digital print)
• Encapsulation with pressure sensitive adhesive in one pass
• Pre-Masking
• Mounting up to 25mm thick
• Thermal Encapsulation using polyester films

Electronically controlled pressure settings for nip and pull rollers with clear LED readout on the control panel allow for quick, accurate and reliable setup. Swing out front table allows for easy access to the lower mandrills for simple time efficient film webbing. Integrated slitting blades allow materials to be slit in line between the 2 sets of rollers whilst the laminating goes on adds extra versatility and removes the need for offline edge trimming. Capable of laminating up to 3 metres per minute.

Comes with a 3 Mandrills with 77mm Core and measuring scale on each, mobile stand and foot pedal for hands free operation.
