All our Binding Covers are used in the production of wire, comb, and coil-bound documents, creating a professional-quality finished product. Our Binding Covers are specially designed for document binding; they are easily punched using a manual, electric or automated punching machine. The quality of our products is second to none, which can add both protection and value to any document.
For best results, we recommend that our Binding Covers be punched with your document. Placing the Binding Cover at the top of your document stack as you punch through will guarantee a clean punched hole in both your document and the Binding Cover. This practice also reduces stress on the punch pins and prevents unwanted jams.

We supply clear PVC binding covers in three sizes, covering A3, A4, and A5, and three thicknesses: 140, 180, and 240 microns. Sold in packs of 100, you can select your desired size and thickness before adding to your basket.
Report Covers
We also stock frosted polypropylene report covers and smooth gloss report covers. The frosted covers offer an opaque appearance, adding value and extra protection to any document. Smooth gloss offers similar protection via a high-quality coated product.
Frosted covers are sold in packs of 100, in A3, A4, and A5 sizes, with thicknesses of 350, 500, and 800 microns. Gloss covers are available for purchase in packs of 100, in A3 and A4 sizes, and only in 250gsm thickness.
