The Duplo DF-870 is the same as the DF-850 but with the incorporation of automatically setting fold plates. The DF-870 is the most reliable entry-level tabletop folder on the market with a speed of 241 sheets per minute. User-friendliness is at the heart of this folder with features such as an easy-to-use control panel and batch counting mode. A reliable friction feeding mechanism ensures accurate sheet feeding on a wide range of media types whilst an up and down counter keeps track of progress. Automatically adjusting fold plates make format changes quick and effortless. Simply select the fold on the control panel and the DF-870 will set the fold positions for you. Six different fold patterns are possible, half-fold, letter fold, z-fold, gate fold, engineer fold and double parallel. Cross fold is also possible. Fold an A3 sized sheet down to an A5 in two passes, very useful for mail inserts or promotional materials. The DF-870 can accommodate a wide variety of paper sizes from A3 to B7 in paper thicknesses from 52 to 170gsm. A broad scope of paper types such as recycled paper, uncoated bond, stencil paper and specified coated papers can also be handled.
