The Duplo DF-1300L is a suction-fed paper folding machine for the digital print market. Positioned between Duplo’s friction feed paper folders for the office market, and SRA3 format suction folders commonly found in small commercial printers. Combines the compact footprint and ease of use automation of its lesser brothers, but with air suction feeding essential for handling digital print. An ability to handle ‘Long A3’ format banner sheets make this product unique in its class. And enables marketing departments and small print production sites to stretch their creativity and the variety of applications they can produce.
User-friendliness is at the heart of this folder with the new Colour LCD display being the key feature. The intuitive LCD display simplifies the programming of your chosen fold using clear colour diagrams of each fold type. Operators can also enter their required sheet size or simply select from standard formats. Automatically adjusting fold plates make format changes quick and effortless, even for none-standard paper formats. Six different fold patterns plus cross folding are possible. Batch counting with interval delay makes even high volumes easy to handle.
The new and improved high powered fan housed within the DF-1300L folder makes all the difference! This high velocity fan creates a concentrated vacuum that can lift a wide array of media types. Even when they are statically charged from the digital print process. Sheets are lifted from the top using air, avoiding any rubbing or marking. Further advantages of this fan system is the quietness of operation, much quieter than the compressor pumps usually found in suction-fed systems, making this the quietest such folder in the market. Furthermore, this is also the only table-top suction folder in the market with state of the art Ultrasonic Double Feed Detection guaranteeing finished work integrity.

Delivery
- A Pre-Delivery Inspection is conducted on every machine prior to shipment
- A site survey will be conducted prior to shipping to ensure the delivery goes smoothly
- Specialist instrument logistics companies with freight insurance are used for delivery
- All deliveries are completed with Tail-Lift equipped vehicles & a minimum two-person team
- Customers are offered suitable timed delivery slots with a 2 Hour delivery window
Installation
- Our Installation Team will arrive at an agreed time to complete the installation (Normally on the same day as the delivery unless otherwise specified)
- The installation team will complete a thorough check of all processes and operations of the machine against the PDI checklist
- If the machine has been split into smaller components for delivery, the installation team will re-build the machine onsite
- Standard installation is ground floor with direct access, splitting the machine and re-building will not incur extra charges
- Installations required on upper floors will require lift access or extra charges will be incurred. All charges will be made clear and agreed upon before the installation date.
Training
- Training will be conducted by our trained and certified Specialist Training Team
- Training includes Best Working Practices for Safe Operation, General Operation, Format Changes, Folding Long Sheets
- All trained operatives will be issued with an official training certificate from our Certified Trainers (Certificates are created and posted within 7-10 days of training completion)
- Training is completed in small groups of up to three people maximum
- Training is normally completed on the same day as the installation

- Manufacturer Warranty on all parts from the date of installation
- All Manufacturer warranties do not include labour, travel or identifying of parts (See Service Section)
