About Ideal 1110 Paper Trimmer
The Ideal 1110 is a high-performance professional large format paper trimmer. This trimmer is mounted on its own steel frame and operated by foot pedal.
A choice of blade angle is offered; obtuse for thicker materials such as cardboard or grey board. Sharply pointed for paper and light cards.
A 1,100mm cutting length provides versatility over the size of the sheets being cut. This model therefore offers a solid back up option to a guillotine in-plant or commercial print operation.
The Ideal 1100 paper trimmer offers many of the features found on a commercial quality guillotine, but with hand operation. It is perfectly suited to fast turnaround short run jobs where the speed of operation is a real bonus. The aluminium bracket for the blade axle, Solingen steel blade and all metal construction point to a trimmer which will provide long trouble free operation.
The back gauge and side lays in the Ideal 1100 are easy to position with great accuracy. The foot operated clamp gives maximum freedom and provides a hand free clamping function. This extra ability of foot operated clamping makes it easy to position large format prints without slowing down the cutting process.
Safety is guaranteed through the unbreakable Lexan cover for the blade. A locking device located on the blade home position also prevents unauthorised operators from using the machine.
