About the Ideal 4850-95EP Guillotine

Our refurbished Ideal 4850-95 EP Guillotine is a high-performance programmable guillotine designed to deliver precise, efficient, and safe cutting for busy print rooms, copy centres, and in-house finishing departments. Combining German engineering with advanced automation, this professional cutting system offers exceptional accuracy and productivity for a wide range of print finishing applications.

Featuring a generous 475mm cutting width and a fully programmable electronic back gauge, the 4850-95 EP enables operators to store and recall cutting programmes. This significantly reduces setup times and improving workflow efficiency. Additionally, the intuitive control panel allows for quick job changes, making the machine ideal for both short-run and repeat production work.

Furthermore, the machine incorporates Ideal’s patented EASY-CUT system, automatic blade and clamp operation, and comprehensive SCS (Safety Cutting System) technology. This ensures maximum operator safety while maintaining high production speeds. Its robust construction and precision-engineered components provide reliable performance and consistently accurate cutting results.

• EP models have an electronically operated hand wheel for manual positioning of the back gauge
