The Renz DTP340M Punching Machine is a robust and versatile manual punching machine engineered for professional document binding and print finishing applications. Designed to meet the demands of commercial print environments, in-house print departments, educational establishments, and corporate offices, the DTP 340M delivers precise, consistent punching performance across a wide range of document types.
Manufactured to Renz’s renowned engineering standards, the machine combines durability with operational efficiency, providing reliable day-to-day performance in busy production environments. Its open-throat design enables the punching of larger formats, while precision side lays ensure accurate sheet alignment and repeatable results throughout production runs.
The DTP 340M is compatible with a comprehensive range of interchangeable punching tools, offering the flexibility to accommodate various binding styles and customer requirements. Whether producing reports, presentations, manuals, calendars, training materials, or corporate literature, the machine delivers professional-quality output with minimal operator effort.
Designed for organisations seeking a dependable and cost-effective punching solution, the Renz DTP 340M offers exceptional build quality, straightforward operation, and the versatility required for modern print finishing workflows.
This Renz SRW360 binding machine is in excellent used condition and has been fully inspected and tested to ensure smooth, reliable operation. All mechanical functions operate as intended, including punching and binding cycles, with consistent and accurate performance. The unit shows only light cosmetic signs of previous use, typical of a well-maintained machine, with no impact on functionality. It has been serviced where necessary and is ready for immediate production use.
At Afterprint, every machine goes through a comprehensive refurbishment programme designed to deliver reliable, production-ready equipment. We carefully inspect, fully clean, and mechanically assess each unit before any refurbishment work begins. This ensures that we tailor the refurbishment process to its exact condition.
Machine will be supplied with either a 3:1 Square Hole Punch Tool or a 2:1 Square Hole Punch Tool. We have both tools in stock so if needed the machine can be supplied with both 3:1 & 2:1 tools for ultimate flexibility, call for pricing if you require both tools.
Wide format and material flexibility. It supports a 340 mm working width, meaning it can handle A4, A3, A5 and mixed paper sizes. It also punches a wide range of materials, including mixed stocks used in print finishing jobs, which gives it strong versatility in real production environments.
Fast die changes and low downtime. One of its biggest advantages is operational efficiency. The machine allows quick die changeovers (around 1 minute) and uses modular punching dies for different binding types (wire, comb, coil, calendars). This reduces downtime and keeps production flowing.
Tooling innovation (QSA system). The Quick Size Adjustment (QSA) system is a good example of German engineering philosophy: reduce downtime through mechanical simplicity. Instead of swapping entire dies for format changes, you can disable punch pins quickly, which keeps workflow moving and reduces operator fatigue.
Compact but industrial-grade build. Despite its capability, it is still a compact desktop machine (~31 kg), making it suitable for smaller production floors or finishing stations where space is limited. It offers industrial durability without needing a full-sized floor machine setup.
