Used/Pre-Owned Paper Guillotines

We have available this used/pre-owned Ideal 5222 Digicut Guillotine. The machine has been fully refurbished including a complete full strip down to the framework and re-built with all worn or tired components replaced. We have also maintained this machine since it was new, as a result, we know the full history of the machine.

This model will cut up to an SRA2 (640 x 450mm) in half and SRA3 in both landscape and portrait orientation. IR Safety curtain on the front table gives unobstructed access to the cutting area for faster production. A 99 program keypad makes for effortless setup. Electronically controlled back gauge speeds up the cutting process.

The Ideal 5222 Digicut offers:

• 520mm cut depth behind the blade (Ideal for SRA2 in half)
• 80mm cut height for up to a full ream of 500 sheets
• Power knife with hydraulic assistance (cut & release in under 1.5 seconds)

• Removable false clamp plate (reduces marking on delicate stock)
• Power back gauge with keypad – simply tap in your desired size and the back gauge moves to that position automatically
• Professional features such as a foot treadle for pre-clamping & false clamp plate
• 99 custom program with 99 cut steps
• Upgraded red optical cut line indicator
• EP models come complete with keypad controls for the back gauge with digital readout
• EP models have an electronically operated hand wheel for manual positioning of the back gauge
