The Duplo 150FR is the world’s smallest fully automatic booklet-maker system. The 150FR combines the Duplo DBM150, with or without the trimmer unit, with the 10-station Duplo DFC 101 vertical friction feed collator tower. This is Duplo’s most cost-effective solution and is ideal for schools and colleges.

Equipped with Duplo’s superior engineering within a compact footprint. Duplo has bundled the features of the big booklet makers into this uniquely compact system. The integration of the DFC101 vertical collator automates the feeding process. And enables up to 2,400 booklets to be produced each hour. The friction feed design handles a wide variety of media ranging from 64 to 170gsm and in sizes up to A3+ in format.

As with the DBM150T, the 150FR incorporates fully automated setup with job memory for repeat work and instant recall. Unlike other models in the same range, there is no need to manually adjust side guides or trimming positions. Simply tap the booklet size into the intuitive LCD display and press go. The 150FR will do the rest, setting all the guides into position automatically and then starting once the process is complete.

The addition of the optional trimming unit allows for complete booklet production in one pass. Booklets are stitched, folded and then trimmed along the front edge to remove any creep and produce a professional document. The booklets are ready without the need for extra guillotining or handling by other departments. Speeds up production and offers a more secure operation with less touch points.
