PUR Cleaners

Pure Melt PUR Cleaner Pellets used for cleaning and sealing PUR Binding Machinery. Handy pellet form allows for easy access into difficult to reach areas of your PUR binder. Drop easily and directly into nozzles, hoses, glue tanks or around the application areas for cleaning of PUR Residue. Specially formulated for  the cleaning and sealing of PUR systems from all manufacturers.

This product is designed as a preventative measure and should be used daily. Pure Melt wax cleaner prevents PUR Glue build up inside the pipework, glue tank and application nozzles of your binder. It is suitable for use in all Pre-Melters and can be used to seal the system. After each use of your machine all remaining PUR Glue should be purged from the system using these Blue Wax Cleaner Pellets. The Pure Melt cleaner can be dropped directly into the sealed tank or pre-melter unit. It is then purged through the entire system, removing any PUR residue. The pellets can then be dropped over the nozzles or application rollers to provide a Wax seal. Using this product will reduce make ready times and lengthen the life of your machine.

Failure to use the cleaner on a regular basis can result in damage to the nozzles, application rollers and pipework.
