About the Morgana Autofold Pro

We have available this 2nd User Morgana AutoFold Pro. High-quality folding when linked to any manufacturer’s creaser. Manufactured in 2018 and in a great overall condition. It has a low total count of just 94,567 sheets since new. Although the total count is low, our trained engineers have still taken the time to service and check over the machine. As a precaution, we have replaced all consumable or commonly wearing parts. We welcome any inspection or trial.

The AutoFold Pro is an automatic folding machine. Designed specifically for the professional digital or litho printer who has a need to fold pre-creased sheets. It is a free standing unit designed for folding digital stocks using Morgana’s patented flying knife technology. The Autofold Pro can be aligned to any Morgana or other manufacturer’s creaser. It offers perfectly folded results on a wide range of both digitally or litho printed stocks.

Controlled by the same intuitive 7″ SmartScreen panel as other machines in the Pro range. The Autofold Pro is instructed how long the pre-creased sheet is and which fold to produce. All settings and adjustments are made using the new SmartScreen and as only symbols are used, operation couldn’t be simpler.

The beauty of the Autofold Pro is its simplicity allowing the user of ANY manufacturer’s creaser to invest in one and to improve their productivity and quality immediately.

With a minimum sheet size of just 210 x 140mm and a maximum sheet size of 700 x 385mm, the AutoFold Pro can handle a wide range of jobs. Furthermore, it can also handle both light and heavy weight stock making it extremely versatile.

Ability to Integrate with Different Creasing Machines

The Morgana Autofold Pro integrates seamlessly with creasing machines such as the Duplo DC445, creating an efficient creasing and folding workflow.

The DC445 first creases the sheet, eliminating the risk of toner cracking and ensuring a clean, professional finish on digitally printed stock. Once the creaser applies the crease, it transfers the sheet directly into the Autofold Pro.

The DC445 feeds each creased sheet directly into the inline Autofold Pro, eliminating the need for an operator to move paper between machines manually. The DC445 and Autofold Pro communicate throughout the process, allowing the Autofold Pro to position each fold accurately in relation to the crease.
