Just arrived in stock, a Duplo DC616 Pro multi-function finisher. We have serviced this machine since new having originally installed it in 2017. The machine has gone through our workshop with any worn or tired parts replaced. The DC616 Pro is in perfect working condition with all rollers, slitters and blades in excellent condition ready for use by its new owner.

Demonstration available in our showroom in Cheshire, 10 Minutes from Junction 9 of M62 or Junction 21a of M6.

The Duplo DC616 PRO is the perfect option for the short-run on-demand digital printer. With the ability to process up to 6 slits, 25 cuts and 20 creases in a single pass, the DC-616 delivers full-bleed applications at the press of a button. Process Up to 10 sheets per minute without white borders and toner cracking for a clean finish. Bring your print finishing in-house with the Duplo DC616 Pro!

The versatility of the DC616 Pro makes it ideal for finishing full bleed applications in a single pass. Its rotary slitters, guillotine cutter and depth-adjustable creaser provides the versatility of multiple machines without the costly, manual setup and production times. Margins trimmed horizontally by the slitter and vertically by the cutter are automatically deposited into the large waste bin. Only the finished pieces are delivered to the exit tray.

The creaser utilises male and female matrix channels to create up to 20 creases across the sheet, enabling documents to be folded with ease. Creasing performance is optimised via the adjustable 3-step crease depth for various paper types and weights. The card stacker which is ideal for business cards and postcards keeps smaller finished applications neatly stacked and organised.

PC Controller

The PC Controller’s software wizard makes it simple for operators to create new jobs, make adjustments, and save a virtually unlimited number of jobs to the PC’s enabling faster changeovers. Using the Window PC user interface, even inexperienced operators can program jobs with ease. Make quick adjustments, and save an unlimited number of jobs on the hard drive for instant format changes.

Extend the possibilities with multiple finishing options

Optimise layout and productivity to create a wide range of high-value complex applications. Including tear-off tickets or reply cards.

Perforation Module – Manual setup with two tools for continuous perforations or creases in the direction of paper movement.

Rotary Crease Tool (Tech-ni-fold) – Optional equipment that fits onto the Perforator Shafts and enables high quality rotary creasing using Tech-ni-folds patented crease technology. Ideal for tall A3 menu’s or multiple up greeting cards that require creasing down the length of the sheet. Ask for pricing.

Automatic Barcode and Registration Mark Scanner

Using the built-in CCD to read a printed barcode, the DC616 will recall the job from memory and automatically setup, reducing changeover time and errors.  The automation is complemented by a second feature of the CCD, to read a printed mark and compensate for any horizontal or vertical movement in the image. Ensuring precision finishing every time.

Delivery

  • A Pre-Delivery Inspection is conducted on every machine prior to shipment
  • A site survey will be conducted prior to shipping to ensure the delivery goes smoothly
  • Specialist instrument logistics companies with freight insurance are used for delivery
  • All deliveries are completed with Tail-Lift equipped vehicles & a minimum two-person team
  • Customers are offered suitable timed delivery slots with a 2 Hour delivery window

Installation

  • Our Installation Team will arrive at an agreed time to complete the installation (Normally on the same day as the delivery unless otherwise specified)
  • The installation team will complete a thorough check of all processes and operations of the machine against the PDI checklist
  • If the machine has been split into smaller components for delivery, the installation team will re-build the machine onsite
  • Standard installation is ground floor with direct access, splitting the machine and re-building will not incur extra charges
  • Installations required on upper floors will require lift access or extra charges will be incurred. All charges will be made clear and agreed upon before the installation date.

Training

  • Training will be conducted by our trained and certified Specialist Training Team
  • Training includes Best Working Practices for Safe Operation, General Operation, Job Programming, Crease Adjustments
  • All trained operatives will be issued with an official training certificate from our Certified Trainers (Certificates are created and posted within 7-10 days of training completion)
  • Training is completed in small groups of up to three people maximum
  • Training is normally completed on the same day as the installation

12 Month Manufacturer Warranty

  • Manufacturer Warranty on all parts from the date of installation
  • All Manufacturer warranties do not include labour, travel or identifying of parts (See Service Section)
