AfterPrint Ltd is delighted to offer this immaculate 2nd user Mamo Lega 420 Perfect Binding Machine. This particular machine was originally purchased by a well-known corporate group, but was never used. The machine was kept in a clean, open-plan office environment and has only completed 866 copies since new. It has been in operation for a total of 335 hours, which will be mostly manufacturer tests. We even have the original, untouched glue bag supplied with the machine as well as the instructions & tool kit.

The Mamo Lega 420 is a compact, simple, perfect binding solution for any printer, copy shop or education facility looking to produce perfect-bound documents. It can be used for soft covers, padding and direct hard cover binding from a binding thickness of 1 to 50mm. The Lega 420 can also handle up to 420mm length covers and book block, making it ideal for A3 production.
A perfectly squared spine is always assured regardless the thickness of the book thanks to a powerful micro-adjustable cover clamp. Spine preparation is completed using a high speed nothing and milling disc which is height adjustable. All controls are completed through the colour touch screen making operation as simply as possible. The spine forming clamps are also reversible making it possible to direct bind hard cover books.
Vacuum fume extraction comes as standard, as does the internal waste collection system which is handily located in the storage base in the lower part of the machine.
