The Renz TKB (Total Koil Bind) is a professional coil inserting solution. It is the ideal partner to the Renz TCB enabling high-speed production of coil-bound documents. Capable of inserting a wider range of coil diameters from 6mm to 50mm. Additionally, the TKB can insert coils in lengths exceeding 430mm, making it ideal for larger documents such as A3 landscape.

Setup is quick and simple thanks to the intuitive design. Whilst operation is also easy thanks to twin spinning insertion rollers and interchangeable spine formers. These integrated-shaped spine formers ensure each coil, regardless of size or pitch, is guided onto the pre-punched document accurately and with minimum effort.  As standard the TKB can insert coils up to 20mm, however, with additional spine formers, this can be increased to 50mm. Thus, allowing the machine to grow as your demands change.

Designed for medium to high volumes of PVC coil book production. The TKB is the perfect partner to a commercial bindery, corporate print room or further education facility looking to speed up coil binding production.
