An immaculate condition Morgana Digifold Pro Creaser Folder. This particular machine reached an end of lease agreement from a corporate print room. As a result, the total count is extremely low and the overall condition is excellent. Although the total count is low our trained engineers have still taken the time to service and check over the machine. As a precaution we have replaced all consumable or commonly wearing parts. This includes, the cam followers & bearings, knife guide blocks, all the rubber tyres on the perforating unit and a number of O-Rings that aid operation. We welcome any inspection or trial.
Demonstration available in our showroom in Cheshire, 10 Minutes from Junction 9 of M62 or Junction 21a of M6.

The Digifold Pro is an automatic creasing / folding machine designed specifically for the professional digital or litho printer who has a need to crease and fold digitally printed, heavy weight or cross grained stock.
Controlled by an intuitive 7″ SmartScreen panel the Digifold offers automated setup. Simply enter the sheet size and select your desired finish and let the Digifold do the rest. The Smartscreen panel is simple to use, all settings and adjustments are signified using only symbols, making operation simpler. Further to this, repeat or commonly used jobs can be stored ready for instant recall.
The Digifold Pro is the fastest machine in its class, capable of creasing and folding up to 6,000 sheets per hour. This is further enhanced by an ability to maintain this high speed, regardless of the number of creases being applied. Further bolstered by the machines flexibility to produce either crease only or fold only applications.
With a minimum sheet size of just 210 x 140mm and a maximum sheet size of 700 x 385mm, the Digifold can handle a wide rage of jobs. Furthermore, it can also handle both light and heavy weight stock making it extremely versatile.
Finally, rotary perforation comes as standard with the Digifold. Up to 4 perforations can be applied to a single sheet in the same pass.
