Duplo’s story began in Japan in 1951, when it manufactured one of the first duplicators in the print industry. The Duplo name itself followed in 1959, derived from the word “duplicator”. From those beginnings, the company has grown into a major manufacturer of automated print finishing equipment.
Duplo has become particularly well known for bringing multiple finishing processes together within automated systems. Its multifunction finishing range includes the DC-618, DC-648 and DC-746 slitter cutter creasers, alongside booklet-making solutions ranging from the DBM-150 through to iSaddle systems.
